Village Hall

Location

Millbrook Village Hall is situated just off Sandhill Close, next to the Playing Field, in the centre of the village of Millbrook, Bedfordshire.  Take the turning opposite The Chequers, towards Millbrook Golf Course.  The entrance to the Village Hall car park is about 50 metres down the slope, on the right hand side.

To Book the Hall

Contact the Booking Officer, Mrs A. Shrimpton on 01525-404221 for full details and availability.  The standard hire charge is £12 per hour, rising to £15 per hour on Saturday evenings with a minimum charge of £20.  There is a discount for people living within the Parish of Millbrook.  All hirers are required to complete a booking form, pay a deposit by cheque and read and accept the Conditions of Hire.

Dinner and Dance - 80 people

Seated audience - 100 people

Dancing - 120 people.

100 chairs, 14 tables.

Crockery and glasses for 100 guests.

Large fridge and domestic sized electric cooker with 4 rings.

Disabled toilet and baby changing facility.

Fitted bar with glasses for 100 guests.  Champagne flutes available for hire.

P.A. system available for hire.
